As a student, you can easily access and complete the assignments your teacher assigns you. This feature allows you to view activities, consult supplementary materials, complete exercises within the deadline, and submit your work directly from your account.
Steps to complete an assignment
Go to https://edubook-learning.com/en_GB/ and log in with your personal credentials.
Select the class where your teacher has assigned you the task. In the Tasks section, you will be able to see active, scheduled, or completed assignments.

Locate the assigned task:
Identification: Search for the assignment by its title or access it directly from your notifications, where you will always find pending tasks.
Availability: You will only be able to access the task once its activation date and time, set by your teacher, has arrived.
Access the task content:
Click on ‘View Assignment’ to see the details and instructions provided by your teacher. Within the task, you will find the activities from the EduBook, as well as any supplementary materials added (such as YouTube videos or Google documents).

Complete the activities:
Check the deadline: Check the due date and time to ensure you complete the task on time.
Action: Complete all exercises and review the included materials.
External material: If your teacher has added external resources, use the links provided to access them.

Finish the task:
Important: For a task to be marked as completed, you must complete all the activities included before the deadline.
If any activity remains incomplete, the task will be marked as ‘Not submitted’.
Result: Once completed, the task will appear as ‘Submitted’ and will be pending review by your teacher.
Practical example
Imagine that your teacher assigns you a maths review task. Log in to your class, locate the assignment ‘Problems with fractions’, read the instructions and complete the exercises before the deadline. Once you have completed all the sections, the assignment will be marked as ‘Submitted’.

What happens when I submit ‘Out of date’?
→ Two main things happen:
The system will automatically assign a grade of 0 to activities not completed by the deadline.
However, you can still continue and submit the assignment, which will be marked as ‘Out of date’.
Remember: Your teacher will be able to review your attempt and change the grade if they deem it appropriate.
